The Tickets offered for sale through the Website are strictly intended for your personal and private use and the number of Tickets you may buy for each Order and for each event is limited to the number indicated below (Article – Orders).
By following through and validating your order on the Website, you acknowledge and consequently declare that you are an individual and that the Tickets you have bought, limited to the number specified herein, are exclusively intended for your personal and private use.

to place your order.
A Vos Billets acts as an intermediary, generally in its own name and on behalf of the organisers of shows/concerts/sports events (hereafter the “Event”). Consequently the General Terms of Sale only apply to the sale of Tickets and not to the Event itself. Some Events may also be subject to conditions or internal rules that are specific to the organiser or the website concerned which are available on such website and/or from such organiser.
These General Terms of Sale are accessible at all times on the Website and shall prevail over any other version or contradictory document, if any. The Tickets presented on the Website are proposed for sale for the following territories: E.E.C.
The General Terms of Sale are systematically brought to your attention when you place your order. Consequently, you declare that you have read and you accept these General Terms of Sale before placing your order. The validation of your order constitutes your full and unconditional acceptance of the A Vos Billets General Terms of Sale and Privacy Notice.
Creation of your account
When you first place an order, you will be provided with an ID code (your email address) and a password.
You will receive your ID code and password together with the email confirming your purchase.
Your ID code and password will avoid you having to fill in your contact details (name, address, etc.) in a form again for your subsequent orders.
Ticket ordering
Unless otherwise indicated, the combined total number of Tickets reserved by one person may not exceed 4 Tickets per order and per show or, if you were to place several successive orders, they may not exceed a combined total number of 4 Tickets per person and per show.
For any order for a higher number of Tickets, please contact our “Collectivités” service by telephone at (+33) (0)1.48.24.13.17 or send an e mail to the following address: collectivité

Reservations
All your reservations are made in real time on ticketing servers with allocation of our best available seats.
In this context, our server informs you in real time of the Tickets availability when you place your order depending on the category of seats chosen by you. If one of the categories of seats requested is not available, our server automatically proposes the best remaining seats in other categories.
The heading “Your reservation” allows you to check that the seats you have been allocated actually correspond to the seats you applied for. If the number of seats desired is higher than the remaining number of seats in the category you chose, you may, taking into account above all the number of seats requested, be allocated seats scattered around the desired category and other categories, or the seats allocated may not be next to each other. If these seats are not suitable, you can cancel them under the heading “Your cart” by clicking on the corresponding “Remove” button.
Any order placed implies your acceptance of the prices and the description of the Tickets available for sale.
Order confirmation
The order for Tickets is finally confirmed and binding on A Vos Billets only after A Vos Billets has sent a confirmation of its acceptance of your order by e-mail. We therefore invite you to check your mailbox regularly.
In all cases the on-line provision of a credit card number and the order’s final validation will constitute proof of the whole order in accordance with the provisions of the French law of March 13, 2000 and will cause the sums incurred for the order to become due and payable.
The validation of the order constitutes your signature and express acceptance of all the operations carried out on the Website.
However, if your card has been used fraudulently by a third party, you are invited as soon as you discover this use to contact the A Vos Billets Customer Service by calling the following telephone number: (+33)(0)1.48.24.13.17.
The electronic registers kept in the A Vos Billets computer systems in reasonable conditions of security will be deemed proof of the communications, orders and payments made between you and A Vos Billets.
When you click on the button “Validate” after the order process, you are declaring that you accept the order and all the General Terms of Sale and Privacy Notice fully and unconditionally. The data recorded by A Vos Billets are valid and binding and constitute proof of all the transactions entered into.
